Shopify stores designed around the buying decision

High-quality Shopify stores designed around products, customers, conversion and usability. Commerce design is information design: people buy when they understand exactly what they're buying.

Our approach to Shopify Development

The problem

Themes are demoed with perfect photography and a thousand products. Real stores have uneven imagery, a modest catalogue and customers on mobile connections who abandon slow pages.

How we approach it

We design collection and product pages around the questions buyers actually ask, in the order they ask them, then build the theme so those pages stay fast on a phone.

What's included

01

Custom Shopify themes

Themes built for your catalogue size and merchandising habits, with sections your team can rearrange safely.

02

Product experience

Variant handling, sizing, materials, care and delivery information designed to be scanned, not hunted for.

03

Conversion detail

Cart and checkout flow, trust signals, cross-sell placement and clear stock and shipping states.

04

Storefront performance

Progressive enhancement, section rendering and image discipline so mobile pages stay quick.

Questions we get asked

Do we need Shopify Plus?
Most stores do not. Plus makes sense for high volume, complex B2B pricing or checkout customisation. We will tell you plainly if your requirements do not justify it.
Can you reduce our app count?
Usually. Many apps duplicate functionality that a custom theme can handle natively, and each one adds scripts to every page. We review what is installed, what it costs in performance, and what can be replaced in the theme.
Will we still be able to edit the store ourselves?
Yes. Sections and blocks are configurable in the theme editor with clear labels, so merchandising changes, campaign pages and content updates do not need a developer.
